Location: Belize City
Key Functions:
• Directly responsible for purchasing of supplies for store and warehouse
• Process and maintain documentation for all incoming shipments
• Comparing purchase orders with invoices and packing lists
• Review suppliers’ prices and order quantities and ensure information is properly inputted in accounting and purchasing program
Required Qualifications:
• Proven experience as a Purchasing and Receiving Clerk or similar experience
• Basic mathematical skills
• Good communication skills, both written and oral
• Knowledge of computer software particularly with Accounting programs
• Must be flexible and willing to work Monday to Saturday
• Professional & personal recommendations required
• Must speak fluent English
• Valid Police Record
• COVID-19 vaccination card

Considered a Plus:
• Bi-Lingual (English & Spanish)
• Associate Degree in Accounting/Business
